
1. The MTV logo uses the gestalt principle of proximity which causes the individual looking at it to view it as a whole, specifically group both M and TV together.
2. Youthfulness, Creativity, and Fun
3. MTV changes the colors in their logo constantly, for specific events etc. Yet each time, the colors used are always bright, cheerful, and eye-catching. Even though there are three different typefaces being used at once, because of the proximity of the characters, they are viewed as one image.
