This company is an online resource for anyone interested in looking for internship and employment opportunities. It allows users to have resumes, cover letters, and any other materials necessary for job applications to have everything in one place that employers can access as well. I like the logo because it does a good job representing the company.
I think the tree icon is a fantastic choice because it incorporates the 1st letter of the company name and trees always signify growth to me. Clearly an internship company would want its interns to feel a sense growth (or the possibility of growth) by joining forces with Intern Circle. I like the circle, which shows a sense of fluidity and together-ness. Also, I like how 'intern' is bolded and 'circle' is not-- this puts an emphasis on the intern, who will want to feel important in the eyes of the company.
1.) The "I" in the tree (although it's in a different font) connects with the name of the company. The appearance of the letter twice causes the reader to make a connection between the tree icon and the company name. I wonder if the gestalt would work better with the 'i' being written in the same type face as the word 'intern.' I do like the serifs though because it makes it very clear it's an 'i' not just a tree trunk.
2.) growth, innovation, new beginnings
3.) The color is great-- obviously green is the color of leaves on many trees and the blue-ish green on the inside of the circle connects with the outer, lighter green but also provides contrast. As I said above, I like the different weights of the type.
