1. The article is separated into 8 grids. The middle two grids are even more empathized by lines.The grids work well to keep everything within the boundaries.
2.The grind in my example aids the reader as there is alot of photos and text in this article. With out them the article would lose its structure and become very difficult to read. It would look extremely cluttered and busy.
3.The grinds structure engages readers by having a pattern of picture and words that zig zag down the column to keep the readers eye interested.
4.The article does cause tension as the grid lines allow a visual balance even though there are alot of pictures in this article. It doesn't look to chaotic.
