Not only does jetBlue offer great customer satisfaction and complimentary snacks but a very navigable website as well. jetBlue's user-interface is a lot friendlier compared to Delta's or any other airlines', and also very simple to maneuver. The use of a 5-column grid separates the information in a very organized fashion, keeping the ads apart from the information offered. The eye is immediately attracted to the "book flight" box on the left (what the customer is looking for). Above are five categories that breakdown other features of the website such as flight management, travel deals and the jetblue program. A simple click leads to right to the information your are looking for. The perks of jetBlue is how simple everything is-- even their choice of the sans-serif typeface makes usability easier for the viewer, not to mention their ads which blends rather than distract from their website.
