McGlinchey- Usability

shopstyle.com is a sight that I have used in the past. The purpose of the website along with its design is so make everything overly simple for the consumer. If you are looking for something very specific on the internet in terms of clothing, accessories and shoes. You can simply type what it is you are looking for into the search engine in the top left corner and shopstyle will pull results from hundreds of online retailers so that you do not have to visit each website yourself. There are many options of narrowing the results in terms of price, color, brand etc. The design and function of this website makes online shopping a much easier experience by narrowing what it is you are looking for and broadening the places you look. You really have to use it to see what an amazing tool it is. The site also has the option to browse although its main function is to use the search. The search is the only option I use on the site. Once you have searched for an item you can scroll very quickly through the (usually) hundreds of options. The navigation is very smooth and simple making everything as straight forward for the user as it possibly can.
