The "Self Magazine" Website is one that I frequent. I find this site particularly easy to navigate my way through and very helpful. As P.R. Director for "What The Health" magazine, I find it's really important to stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition, fitness, health and wellness tips, factoids and experiments. This site is always attractive, as the colors and tabs are changed fairly regularly based on activities of the month, such as the "Self Diet Challenge," and certain other sweepstakes that are available. I love how everything is organized into very specific tabs, and when clicking on those tabs you have the option to enter into different articles, slideshows, video demonstrations or even specify your search with a 'type-in-the-blank' box. This makes the site user-friendly for not only tech-savvy users but every day magazine readers. This site also offers a 'log-in' area where subscribers can check their payment schedule and bills, as well as track their fitness and diet goals through the "record-your-progress" page. The features I use most on this site are the quick slideshow tips links that give lists and rankings, such as "Top 10 Fitness Moves of The Month" or "Top 50 Superfoods" and nutrition to reduce stress, meditation methods, etc...I love this feature because it's quick and easy and I can check it in the morning to stay up-to-date. I also like the fact that I'm able to associate visuals with the text so I can remember the details more clearly. I love this site and it's accessibility! ~Claire McFarland
