A website that I feel is both very user interactive and user friendly is amazon.com. This website allows customers to purchase nearly anything they desire. However unlike many other online shopping websites, I feel that amazon does the best in making it easy and simple for the user. Amazon has many cool features on their website. For example, on the main page they have a section regarding what other people are currently looking at on the website, this feature may attract customers to that product or help them find out what is popular. Amazon also has features such as star ratings and similar product choices which help the user gain a better understanding of the product and shows customers similar products that they might be interested in. The overall browsing and page layout is simple and easy for a new user or customer to get accustomed to. The typeface for amazon, using all lower case letters, sets a relaxed and easy tone for the user and the yellow arrow used in the wordmark invites the user into the website.
